You're right. Galaxy/Celestial pearl are shy. But you can see them. It will depend of what you have in your tank and their compagnon.

Offer them good cover: lots of plants, pots, wood, whatever...

I've had mix luck with bleach dipping... Some of our hygrophyllia just melted some other survived...

But, as an alternative, perhaps you can try dipping them in Excel? It helped us once or twice...
