The rasbora are harlequins and I very much love them. The longer they are in the tank the more colorful they are. At this point the males are a very deep red.

I have a valve on my siphon so I can easily slow t to whatever rate I want it just still seems like I’m sucking sand sometimes. Probably worth it though.
Also I put a plastic knife on the end of my siphon so that it sticks down into the sand and stirs it up as a vacuum. Didn’t really get much out of the sand still it seems pretty clean. Thoughts?
