How I got started with aquariums.:
Memories of enjoying my parent's fish tank led me to the hobby that I now partake in... nearly 20yrs later.
Favorite fish:
Triple Red Apistogrammas / Opaline Gouramis / Black Ruby Barbs
Fish I have bred:
Tylomelania zemis Poso Orange Rabbit Snail
Why I like fish::
They're relaxing to watch and it's amazing to see how they maneuver in the water, much like birds in the sky, cats on the ground, etc. Plus, there is so much variety, you'll probably never go a day without discovering a new one you hadn't heard of before.
Best advice:
Listen to the advice you get from the veterans at this site. I've learned so much from only being here for a short while.
Other pets:
1 Mini Dachshund (hopefully more pets to come)
Tank 1: 20gal Long Planted Freshwater - 1 Crowntail Betta + 8 Oto Cats + 1 Horned Nerite Snail + 3 Orange Rabbit Snail + 4 Amano Shrimp
