How I got started with aquariums.:

We always had a fish tank growing up thanks to my Mom. As soon as I moved out on my own I had to get one for myself!

Favorite fish:

Discus - Although my red spotted severum comes in really close as my second.

Fish I have bred:

Cory cats and angelfish (The eggs always got eaten before they hatched) Discus -I actually ended up once with about 25 wigglers but unfortunately they were eaten by my clown loaches before they were free swimming :(

Why I like fish::

There is nothing more relaxing than sitting back and watching a beautiful tank!

Best advice:

Have fun! Plus, remember to stay on top of your maintenance. So many people don't, and then they get frustrated when they start having problems. This usually leads to people not being able to enjoy fish keeping and they usually end up breaking down their tank. Stop problems before they start!
