Well, they are all empty so the best description is a bunch of glass boxes with various degrees of crud on the glass.
How I got started with aquariums.:
I was in a bar that was using TINY little bowls with gold fish in them for decorations. In utter horror I took as many home as I could carry and set them up in proper tanks. Then promptly killed them because the tanks weren't cycled. Not an uncommon start....
Favorite fish:
Corrys - great personality in a fish!

Flying foxes (yes really - probably couldn't do it again though!), guppies, rams, kribs, celestial pearl danios, cherry barbs,

They don't talk much.

Absolutely worth the trouble if you are going to have a planted tank. If you have cories you will want to put a layer of smooth small pebble substrate on top to make the surface smoother and easier on their mouths. Digging fish will raise a cloud in this stuff, but your lush plant growth will make it worth the trouble.
