How I got started with aquariums.:
Won a gold fish at a fair and then thought it was cool and got a couple more and then moved to tropical fish

Why I like fish::
Colorful and relaxing to watch... also it's nice to see the reward of a planted tank when you put some work into it when the plants grow in and the fish have some colors that pop
Best advice:
Start small and if you're gonna do it, might as well do it right

55g Long --> After 18mo of doing well the tank crashed during moving. Most likely cause: Flatworm Die-off... won't start another until after moving... Likely not until late 2013
