How I got started with aquariums.:

Wanted to get a pet for my 2 sons.. My wife said ok to fish.. :) I thought they would be inexpensive pets.. HA!!

Favorite fish:

any and all corys.. Especially Guapore, Panda, and Adolfi

Why I like fish::

I had an aquarium as a kid, and I want to try this again, and do it right.. I think my kids would really enjoy looking at the fish, feeding them, helping with the maintenence..

Best advice:

Research, THEN buy! The money and effort you put into research will pay off ten-fold.. Of course this doesn't preclude learning ALOT of things the hard way, believe me.. LOL
