We got a few trick or treaters tonight but had a lot of candy left over which is fine with me. lol I'm glad the weather was good today. We had nasty weather last night but it could have been worse. We're going to try and get our drivers licenses tomorrow and I hope we have all the right paperwork and stuff we need. We tried at the end of august but were 3 days short of residency. Bunch of baloney!
I'm finally figuring this blog stuff out. lol Last night we had a huge storm and ended up with water coming under my front door. I think this happened when I opened it to look out. We also had pea sized hail. Scary!! The fish are doing fine today. One made a bubblenest overnight which was nice. I fed everyone Atisons betta pro which I've had for almost a year but checked with some breeders about whether it was still good. I don't want to feed my fish outdated food.
I've never done a blog but here goes. lol I've been keeping bettas since 2005. I got one after a neighbor of mine got one. I ended up taking hers a few months later because she refused to take care of him properly. Over the years two ended up becoming 12. lol Now, I've got 4 and may add one more cull from a breeder who was going to feed it to another fish until I said I would take it. I just don't have rom for more than that.
I have 1 female green swordtail i picked up from a local pet store that is now done selling fish. I also can't find lyre tail swordtails either. Petco always sells sick swordtails and i never ordered off the internet before. Walmarts fish section is a joke with half the tanks ick infected. No other pet stores in town since petco came. Any opinions on where to find them.
