Bent tail and floating fantail

Help. My goldie's lower half and tail are bent and he is floating but still breathing. He has always had trouble floating but this bend is new since last night.

Now he can't seem to swim very well and is just floating. Still breathing and moving his fins though. Is this the end?

Is there anything that I can do? I have five fantails in a 75 gallon tanks with double filtration. I have a picture I can post.

Is this fish tb that I've heard about, or fish bladder problems, or.....

stop feeding for a few days or try feeding shelled peas.
If your fish has swimbladder issues due to constipation(common in fancy goldfish)
then that should help
