i came back to work monday to find my male swordtail dead, but one little baby was in his place!

Yeah, I don't know what our problem is, but we've had 3 swordtails and we just can't seem to keep them alive. They always die within a day or two of being introduced into the tank. Yet our fish are fine. We suck.

But congrats on the baby fish, and I'm sorry to hear about your swordtail.

Well swordtails are very sensative to the water conditions. They have to like have the 'perfect' conditions to live in. Well luckly for me mine have been doing finr. I have 5 of them and my one female had pumped out 10 fry in the past month. (7 yesterday and 1 today. lol 2 earlier in the month)
