Corys

I was wondering if different species of corys would school together.. I was thinking of getting 2 pandas, 1 spotted, 1 emerald. Would the pands exclude the other ones or would they all be ok together?

they might school together, not sure. i usually just get albino cory's and they school good

The Emerald "corys" are not corys at all, but rather "Brochis Splendens". They get...I think someone said 4".


I have 2 peppered corys and 3 albinos in a 10, and they school. Who knows?

and im sure a mix will school. in my 55g my skunk botia schools with the 4 clown loaches, and the glowlight tetras, serpaes, black neons, and bloodfins all school

alright guys ill try seeing what i can get my hands on...The guy at my lfs said that in one of the tanks were emerald corys and in the other tank their was an assortment. From the assortment i think it was peppered, pandas, and sterbais and one im not sure that was all silver. Ill either get one of each or just 3 pandas.

I have 4 spotted corys and one juli cory and the juli schools with the others just fine. They all came from the same tank at the store so they were already friends.
