Pakistain loaches?

I have 3 pakinstain loaches in my 4ft i was wondering if any one knew much about them?
most of the time durning the day i dont see them
is this normal?

How long have you had them, they sometimes take some settling in, but then become active, mine are always out playing with the clown loaches, or just laying against a rock or log asleep in full view.

I have had them about 1 week now,
should i get some clown loaches would that help?

hey mitcore,
i have two small pakistarni loaches (yoyo loaches), mine are really quite active but they needed a week or two to settle in but i also have 4 clown loaches for them to play with. ive been trying to find some more yoyos so my two would have a bigger school but as yet no luck. they seem happy enough with the clowns. maybe just wait and see if they settle in but if they dont just get a couple more loaches (either clowns or more yoyos- i dont think it matters to much), well thats what id do anyways :11:

I would not recomend clowns unless you have a very large tank, though slow growing, they can reach 1ft, yoyos on the other hand, reach about half that size.

no worries they are in my big 4 ft (250 litres) so i think that might be bigger enough for the clown loaches
