I am considering a stocking scheme for my 55 gallon Amazon planted tank. It'll have two HOB filters, each rated to handle the tank alone. No CO2, daily 10% water changes, strong flourescent light (but shade for the fish created by heavy planting).
I'd very much like to keep Rummy nosed Tetras, and Rams, which is why I plan such frequent water changes. I already do the same for my other two tanks anyway, so it's not much extra trouble.
Anyhow, would 2-4 Angels be too agressive toward the already delicate Rummys? How about the Rams?
I have no experience keeping cichlids with Tetras, but have read that this is an acceptable practice with Angels.
Thoughts?
