Are they good with other species?

They are good with other species provided there is enough space. Or if they are introduced slowly. If they are introduced to quickly they might explore a little to rough. Their first instinct to anything new is to tear it apart to see what it is.
Adorable! :1luvu:
They always remind me of green Shmoos...
My GC doesn't 'talk'...but boy...is she ever vocal otherwise...and LOUD...:hmm3grin2orange:

Apparently there is a rare naturally occurring mutation of the green naped amazon that lacks the yellow pigmentation. They look entirely blue with a white nape.

Yes. That mutation occurs in a lot of parrots including several amazon species and love birds. I would love to have one ;-)

Cute birds! They look very vibrant and comical. :)
My neighbour down the street has an Amazon parrot. Not sure what variety. He chatters non stop and they sing really well. When he has a shower or bath, he sings "Raindrops keep falling on my head.." Lol!
