Hello everyone.
I'm 23, and thanks to my girlfriend, I've recently set up my first freshwater planted aquarium, which was basically a birthday present. I became interested in aquariums after watching her ghost shrimps and plants do their things.
I'm in college and on my way to (hopefully) earning a Ph.D in entomology. I'm interested in plants and ecology in general so this tank will be as much of an experiment as it will be a learning experience.
