ya i'm from dallas texas i fish lake ray hubber about 3 lor 4 years ago i caugth 2 small snake head on liver they swollow my hook so i cut the line off who do i call about these snake heads fish i'm new too posting commtent like this i did not know about this fish where bad please help i dont know if there still alive

First you need to make sure its a snakehead and not a bowfin. The two are often mixed up.

If it is a snakehead, call your local department of fisheries.
