Mine are fairly lazy now. Just sit Around pretty much, occasionally have a root around for some food. They get really active when I feed the Tetras. but that's just looking for food.

Gone are the days when they used to surf the current and other things....

Do you think they are unhappy?

Im guessing that he has 3 because thats whats in his signiture.

I used to have 2 (until they sadly died :(..) and they always roamed around.

EDIT- Um arn't Kulis supposed to be in a big tank??? Because from Nick's signiture he has 3 in a 15g...that is to small of a tank is it not???

they like room to move so at least a 20g is best

yeah well i had my 2 in a 33g. So i thought that that was lots of room for them to move around in.

I have 2 in a 55g. They love it in there and I would have more if my LFS had any more.

Yeh, 3 in my 15g because when I had 2, I read they prefer groups, so got a third.

Oh, if I could afford and had room for a bigger tank, I would.

Actually, I've been thinking of tanking them back to a LFS and getting 3-4 Panda Corys instead.
Thoughts?

Corys may be more visible but the loaches have that cute weird fish charm :)

Man you could put like 10 in that 100g and that would be a sight at night under a red light.:1:
