Feeding Mollies

I have 3 mollies and i was just wondering what to feed them. I have bloodworms which i know work. I also have some color enhancing tropical flakes which i got for my gourami. However by the time the flakes has reached the bottom the gourami has eaten the majority of it. Should i just let them find there food on the bottom? Or is there some food that sinks to the bottom? I just wanna make sure they are eating.

molly's are herbivorous so they should be fed mainly a vegetable died with meat once every 1 or 2 weeks. spirulina flakes and algae pellets are favored by them
