hatching brine shrimp

I have a Shrimpery hatcheryand am not having any luck in hatching brineshrimp eggs .tried lights ,80 degree water and long periods of time.
Eggs seem fresh ,salt water good.
I would appreciate any suggestions you have. :?: crawdad

i used bottom halp of 2 gt. plastic pop bottle.

fill with water add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sea salt, put air stone in bottom of it.

i cloth pin it in side of my tank. heat 72 to 75f.

this works for me, done this for over 35 years.
