I would like to carpet my 10g tank with hairgrass. I do not use co2 put do have an air pump, It doesn't have a light because they are no longer made but the tank does receive direct sunlight. Would it be possible to carpet this tank with hairgrass. Would it help if I used some form of fertilizer, if I did are fertilizers safe for shrimp.
