One krib taking fry out whilst other is bringing them in

This is my first krib brood and I noticed something strange today. The female is taking the fry out (in her mouth) of the cichlid cave whilst the male is gathering them (by mouth) and taking them back into the same cave. They are doing this side by side for about an hour now.

Has anyone seen this before? Usually they're working in complete harmony.

That would be an interesting video. Ma and Pa in complete disagreement on where to have the kids be.

Not seen this myself and waiting for my own Cichilds to get past the egg stage.
