After treatment question

I had an outbreak of ich after adding a few Rummynose, I treated using Paraguard. The spots have been gone for a couple days and I will end treatment in a couple days.

Should I use carbon in the filter or does the Paraguared break down on it's own?

Presuming you followed the dosing instructions yes, Use carbon to remove the meds. WC wouldn't hurt either.
