flying fox with old age

i think my flying fox is ready to kick the casket. ive had him for so long i cant remember. hes not sick, its age i think. he hovers 3" off the ground in a corner of the 55g and is at a slight angle and seems weak. just curious, whats their lifespan?

hes fullgrown. i bought a used tank along time ago and i got him with it, they had had him for quite a while too.
