How would i have to feed my Betta when i get him to make sure his damged fins restore quickly and make him stop being all droopy

What to you mean by being droopy? do you mean that it doesn't flare? I am asking since there are betta types that are bred to hae droopy fins.

A good varied diet including froozen bloodworms is the best way to get it into shape quickly.

by croopy i mean it looks unhappy with its fins just layed out and as for the pictures of bettas ive seen the fins are fully spread out

Ok. Give it a good home and should stop being droopy unless it's a fish of very oor quality or of a Betta strain that have droopy fins.

Is this a special breed or is it just that its got good conditions?

Thats a show quality Betta. The bettas you buy in regular pet stores in little jar will never look like that. The Betta in the pet store are breed in large numbers without quality demands while the show bettas are line breed to look perfect with quality as the main goal.

as u can see in your picture the beta is flareing thats why his gilss have 'opened up' nad his fins are irect.you can make your beta do that by putting a mirror next to his tank and when he sees himself he thinks its another beta, so he flares up. dont do this for to long because he can get very tired at flareing at a mirror.
