Mudskippers?

OK, so right now I'm looking at 55 gallon tanks and thinking of possible occupants. So I thought of the mudskipper, they just seem so interesting, but I have a few question:
How Deep should the water be?
Could a canister filter work? How does it filter?
How many could fit?
Would fiddler crabs be a good tankmate? If so how many?
How do you feed these, on land or in water?
Are there any ohter tankmates?
How much salt should go in the water?
Any other important things?

From what I've seen at aquariums, mudskippers prefer almost a stream bed like habitat that has high humidity and high heat so they can breathe. There also has to be a sand area where they can burrow.

Idk, mudskippers always struck me as one of those things that sound really interesting in theory but once you actually own them they spend all day sitting there and sleeping in their burrows, just like fiddler crabs. I cant say for sure as I've never owned them but I can say that about Fiddler crabs, most dreadfully boring critter ever.

You wanna have some really interesting brackish fish try a couple puffers or archer fish imo.
