Hi, I joined this forum over 12 monts ago after buy a new fish tank.
I was advised to buy some bristlenose catfish to keep the glass clean and also to enjoy them swimming around, I bought 6 they were about 1 inch long and have grown very well.
today When I was about too clean the tank I saw dozens of them under the piece of wood.
From reading info on breeding them, they are several weeks old.
Full coloured and about 1/2 an inch long and a few smaller.

Am very happy to have them. I tryied to take a photo but bit hard too see them under the bend in the wood and there is one on the white rock behind the wood

Very nice young bristlenose plecos. I had a ton of babies, sold most of them. People will always buy them, great algae cleaners. I would add some lettuce, keep water quality up, and watch them grow.

Now, about 3 weeks later they are growing like mad.
Some have now reached nearly an inch long and are very active feeders, especially on the defrosted frozen English spinach I am giving them every second day alternating with the Algae pellets
Just have too love the little catfish:1luvu: :l19:

Change to Romaine lettuce since the regular iceberg lettuce is nutritionally worthless.
