FOREVER for the flower to open up!!! I recognized that it was a flower when two shoots shot out at the same time. Well, the shoot with the leaf has been open for over a week now but the flower shoot is still closed. This plant has flowered before but I don't remember it taking soooo long to open.
Open up already!!!!!! Shoot!!!!

When they say you should talk to your plants, I don't think that is what they meant.

Are you sure it hasn't? Some Anubias gets a flower similiar to a Peace Lily. The pod is the flower.

lol... i know. it's probably not opening :hand: because I'm yelling at it and pitching a little temper tantrum :screaming:
Lady Hobbs.... my anubias produces a little white flower when the shoot opens up, I can see the tip of it but it's not out yet.
Oh well, I have no choice but to keep waiting.

And believe it or not, the bba on my anubias leaves is actually getting better. So glad to see green leaves with a little bit of black algae instead of black algae with a little bit of green leaves.
Maybe that's why the flower waited so long to open up. I would have never taken a picture of it a few weeks ago with all that bba on the leaves!
