:22: Welcome to the fabulous AC!

Your fish doesn't sound so good. What are the tank perameters?Ammonia nitrite and nitrate levels?
How old is the fish?

Sounds like a fish dying in an uncycled tank from those readings. How long has the tank been set up?

thats means he either has internal parasite if he is really skinny or he has locked jaw meaning his teeth over grown and he cant eat. their is no cure for locked jaw, he wont be able to open his mouth cause his teeth over grown. to prevent that from happening you need to feed them pond snails to trim their teeth down. feed them once or twice a week. thats their favorite treat. Do you have a heater in your tank? Temp need to be 75%-80%. try feeding him different kinds of frozen food like blood worms, brine shrimp, i just buy the multi variety pack so they dont get bored from eating the same food every day. they are very picky eaters. try buy this liquid garlic medicine and soak it in their food for 10-15 mins. This medicine will help kill the internal parasite inside them when they eat their food. also buy tetra parasite guard or jungle parasite clear. If you see them swimming in circles like crazy all over the tank. that is an internal parasite. hope this helps.

Do at least one big, over 50% waterchange asap. The nitrite will kill that little guy fast. If you are tryiing to cycle with fish with him you will probably need twice a day 50% waterchanges. They are very messy little fish.
