I brought home some nachos from my work (taco bell), but then i was busy so i couldnt eat them. I microwaved the cheese and that was all good. But i couldnt figure out how to heat the chips. Well, ill tell ya one thing. Do NOT use the toaster oven!! I figured about 3 minutes at 150' should work. Nope. Which is weird, because the heating cabinet at work stays at 200, and their chips dont turn out like this in less than 3 minutes:

Now i have no nachos. :(

The cheese is ok though, right? Cheese goes best w/ anything! I would even settle for it w/ a spoon!:hmm3grin2orange:

Bummer.... I'll be the heating cabinet at work is more like a hot box with no exposed heating elements.

yea, my grandma says i wouldve been better off in microwave lol. She says heating cabinet is big and toaster oven is small, so heat is concentrated and hence, fire. I just used some crackers and dipped in my cheese instead. XD

Looks like you put them under the broiler rather than the oven. I made me some nacho supremes last night. Put them in a 200 oven for 15 minutes like I always do. I also put my hard taco shells in the oven so not sure what in heck you did.
They would be terrible in a microwave and turn to cardboard! Use conventional oven toots, not toaster oven.
