I'm going to put my betta in with my tetras and dwarf guormis, do i need to feed my betta the betta pellets or can he eat the flakes i will feed my tetras and guormis??
Also, are flakes the right food for tetras and guormis?

Flakes, not to put to fine a point on it, aren't the best food for your fish. Both your Betta and Gorami are insect and invertibrate eaters in nature; the tetras similar but more toward aquatic inverts. Frozen black mosquito larvae would be a twice weekly treat for the first two, frozen Daphnia the latter. Switch to a quality pellet as a staple food for them; less mess from flakes, better nutrition.
