i have an oscar fish and it has a big bubble with a small bubble attached to the bottom of it and i am not sure if it is sick or pregnant??? please help

Can you get a picture of it or at least describe the bubble and its location more?

hmmm, if it looks like its not pregnant it could be a cyst

if you can't post a pic then at least a better description would be helpful. Like what color is it, where on the fish is the lump, does it seem to bother the fish? What other fish are in the tank with it? Is it possible it was fighting , got a wound, and now it's healing with an infection in it? We need to know these kind of things in order to help. Thanks

Welcome to the Fabulous AC!
The only real way to tell the difference is by the breeder tubes that stick out a wee bit when they are spawning and/or watch to see which one is dropping the eggs.
Other than that there is no way to tell.These fish are near identical.
How long have you had yours?
How many you got?
Tell us about your tank?
