OK when I put my Betta in the new tank last night he was fine, swimming all around seemed happy as can be. This morning he was a trip...lmao, he was challenging his reflection and puffing out his face. He was strutting around the tank like he was the man...hahaha! I had such fun watching him and taking pictures to share...check them out.

I love watching mine flare up, it is so cool. He will calm down eventually hopefully, this can cause stress to him.

Yea I know I figured out the sun was hitting the tank the right way and that was why he was able to see himself. I think I may have to buy a piece of background for that one side...ya think it will look stupid?

I would background the back and sides if I was going to do one.

No just paint out of the little squirt bottles, took a while but I guess spray paint would work but I just used what I had on hand and so I didn't have to take it outside to do it.

I used a stone effect spray paint to paint the back of my 100g :) It looks great imo..it's black with white specks, and the silica is of course white with black so it's a good contrast :)
