Got ready to order my silica remover today and don't know what micron bag it goes in. Am I supposed to really know the difference between a 200 and an 800 micron bag? Well......I don't! So, which is it?

Fine, regular, extra fine are subjective terms, and depend on who is looking at it. Thus, when a manufacturer of (insert media here) has to specify what type of bag is needed, the guy in charge may think coarse, whereas the company that makes the bag counts it as fine. :)

Micron = 1/1000 of a milimeter, so 800 micron bags would have holes that are 0.8mm wide (medium-ish)
