Hi-
My little guy looked like he had a red growth on his nose and it was sort of raised - he almost looked like a crocodile, if you can imagine that.
I removed him from the main tank and put him on his own.
I have done an aquarium salt bath and put him in his own tank with Maracyn Two. This is day 2. His red nose is gone, but I saw blood come out of his nose/mouth not sure which, but it was blood.
Today I did another mild salt bath and cleaned his water and added some Maracyn Two. Same thing, blood came out of his mouth. This time I am sure where it came out of. His mouth is staying open, he cannot close it. He looks like he has something lodged in his throat and tummy area. It does not look like bloat, just that something is stuck there.
I am guessing he swallowed some gravel.
Is there anything I can do for this little guy? I quite sad to see him float, swim and bleed when I move him. :scry:
Please any help would be great.
Thanks.
P.S: His other frog tank mate is doing well as all other his other tank mates (4 shrimp + 3 large apple snails).
