Am I underfeeding my fish?
I feed them twice a day an amount that they eat in about 1 minute. I don't like to drop too much in because then it falls to the bottom to fast for them to eat. However, should I drop a little more in after they are done eating for the first round?
I drop my wafers in for my corys and all my other fish eat them faster than the corys can even get to them.

It doesn't seem like you are under feeding them, If you think you are then just feed them a little more. And for the cories, I would get them faster sinking foods. Thats what i did with my cories before, The other fish won't have a chance to even touch it until it reaches the floor, and by that time the cories would have finished it call.

I feed 3 times a day enough they can eat within a couple of minutes. Some fish are bigger eaters than others so you have to guess-timate that they are all getting enough. I crush up a few flakes that will fall rapidity for the neons or they would get left out. Anything not eaten the loaches get.

If they eat absolutely all of what you put in you can try just a little bit more - just make sure that they eat it all.

I feed 2x a day. I try to make sure a bit falls to the floor for my cories, loach and shrimp :)

My fish sit there and eat it off the floor. And if one of my corys is on a piece and another fish comes by the cory will leave like it's scared.

If you don't have fry you don't need to more than once a day. Don't worry about
the cory's, they'll find food.

You don't need to feed every day, the prepared food for our fish is so nutritious that they can last a few days between meals.

The reason that it says to feed 3 times daily on fish food is so that you buy more food!!

I don't know about that. But I know that is why you only feed them very little.

I give mine a little bit 3-4 times a day most days - 2 times some and every so often none. Not knowing exactly when food is coming keeps them from being picky and an occasional day or two without food gives them a chance to clean out so to speak.

Remember folks, except for a few ecological niches, fish don't eat every day in nature. Zackish's feeding method is right on; small portions given a few times a day. I'd suggest a one-day fast as well, helps 'clear out the pipes'.
As to the cories, if you drop in a few sinking wafers for them about an hour after lights out, they'll find them.
