jaguar cichlid fry food

hi i have about 500+ fry from my jags at about 5/6 days old, and wanted to raise them i have them curently in a 100gal tank, and wanted to know how can i prepare my own fry food? what ingredients would i need? is green water good for them?

any recipie woul be great.

For my platy and convict fry I just fed Hikari Guppy Food, it is a powder like pellet food, VERY small. It worked great.
