So this may be a newbie question but. Is it special that they are colored like Koi? I thought Koi were goldfish so I am sure it's just coincidence that this angelfish strain looks like Koi.. ? Right? No interbreeding eh?

Yes they are colored like koi. There called that do to the coloring. I had a bredding pair myself that where koi.:19:
Did you notice the angelfish fry?

Those are some gorgeous Angels! I love how the entire tank is full of free swimming fry hahah thumbs2:
