Help for a sick Oscar

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have an Albino Oscar that has become very sick. I've checked everything I can think of. I've kept Oscars for several years and never had this happen. The Albino is in the bottom corner of the tank, still breathing, but his fins look bruised and he's quite stiff or rigid. He hasn't eaten in a couple of days. I've checked the water, the temperature and none of the other fish are acting the same way. To keep him safe, I put up the divider, but I'm sure it's too late. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Treat him with melafix or general aid in a separate tank.
