South American Cross Breed

I have 240 south American tank and after water changes my mated pair of oscars go into breeding mode, but lately my foot long Red bay snook and peacock bass have started spawning behavior I know they are from separate genus but I've heard of convicts crossing with just about everything under the sun, has anyone heard of this before

Never heard of one of those crossbreeds,to be honest,"I believe" the red bay snook should not be considered a cichlid.If you get them to breed,let me know as I would like some babies,or at least some pics.I have seen a supposed snook/trimac cross on U-Tube.But it is hard to fathom.:22:
