How do i give reputation points?

How do you give reputation points? I've been looking everywhere but i cant find how i can give out rep points. I've gotten reputation points (thanks lady hobbs) but i have no idea how to give them out!

How many points do you need to start giving out reputation? And i remember i gave someone points when i first joined this forum, it was by clicking on their name and then click on something like give rep points.

I didnt know you had to have points to give but the button you click to give them is the little "law" scale looking thing up on the right hand corner (above, where the join date, location, gifts, etc are).

I can't click on it. I think i may need more points. I'll wait! :)

Everyone starts with a few. But then you get more from others and can give to others. But if yours are depleted and you only have a few, you can't give them out.

Even if you only have a few, it will appear as you have given them but actually they don't count. The ones that count will have a green box alongside the name of the given. Those still darkened did not count.

Click on User CP, then the Control Panel button itself.
