That is sad SharkBait1992. You said a 30 gallon for college?

I read a post awhile back which said that the largest tank allowed in most dorms is a 10 gallon. Have you checked out the rules?

Yeah I would look into that. I'm only allowed to have a 10 gallon tank, which is actually a good thing because its the only thing fighting my MTS urges....haha

On campus the only rule the had concerning fish tanks was that you have renter's insurance to cover any potential damage.

Oh just wanted to add in something I forgot. The apt manager did say something about a size limit, but there was no actual policy she just made it up. She even saw the 55g set up at my place and said that 20g is fine. Yep mistook 55g for 20g, I didn't say anything.

We've had several college student here that claimed their college had a stipulation to only 10 gallon tanks and only one. Depends on the college and what each individual college has for rules.

Some dorms are shared and some are not, as well, so it would depend on how much room is allowed for both students.

At my college you are not allowed to have a pet of any sort (even an aquarium) in the dorms or on campus apartments. That is why I am staying off campus.

Wow korith that is amazingthumbs2:

Well in that case, congratulations and lets carry on.

What are you going to keep in the 30 gallon, axolotl? A salamander tank. Anything else?
