Shrimps with convicts?

I was wondering if a tank was well planted i could have a pair of convicts and about 12 shrimps in a 25g?

Lol, if they have hiding places then yes for a while. I have 2 bamboo shrimp that are really large and nothing bothers them. A dozen ghost shrimp will have about half alive at the end of the day and I have had 4 out of a dozen last for months at a time before something finally got them.
