Please help. I went away on vacation for 12 days. When I returned my frog looked inflated. It looks like all his connective tissue is gone, including the top of his head, under the jaw, and even appendages. He is still active. Having great difficulty manuvering. Can still hang out on the bottom of the tank or top. He is still eating. Nothing has changed in the personality or habits. The size and deformity are alarming. The skin is so stretched, it is almost transparent. Can anyone help? Does anyone have information on these signs or symptoms?

Sounds to me like Dropsy/Bloat. Fluid builds up in the body, usually as a result of a bacterial infection. I would put him in a clean quarantine tank and treat with anti-bacterial medication. That's about all you can do, he may or may not recover. Sorry. And good luck.
