Hi from Miami,FL.
I'm new to this forum, looking forward to read tons of new info about the hobby and make some friends by the way.
After a hiatus of 7 or 8 years I decided to return to the freshwater scene.
In the last years of keeping fishes I concentrated in wild discus and wild Peruvian Scalare. These two fascinate me and even if they require work to keep them in optimal conditions I didn't mind the extra work, attention and care.
Now I plan to start again with a 75 gallons almost biotope Amazonian tank.Yet undecided between Discus or the Peru wild Scalare.Either way they will be have the company of a school of tetras.
I'll keep you posted of the set up and progress.
