Changing color fishes ?!

Hi, i have 3 Astronotus ocellatus in a 300 l tank and today as i was cleaning the aquarium i noticed that one of them which was grey in color has changed it't color to half grey half black and only on one side. I will have a picture tomorow because I have no cable to download pictures now.
So my question is, Bad or good ? because this happend as i was adding water to the aquarium so ...

He was probably telling you that the water change was annoying him.

Are you refering to Oscars?

Alot of fish will change their colors in response to other stimuli. It shouldnt be anything to worry about.
