Here are some pics of my injured female honey... I need the expert advice of my pals here on AC on what to do. To recap, shes in the tank with the fish in my sig, just noticed it yesterday, moved her to my 10 gallon with the fish in the sig, and shes not eating... seems kinda lethergic, but surfaces to breath without struggle

I cant see it either and I am guessing the male gourami did it to her.

Bill, the only fish that died for me were the dwarf gourami's. The large gourami's did fine but they had to go too due to aggression. I just had terrible luck with the dwarfs for some reason. They always either had fin rot, lip fungus, battle scars or bloat. I liked the fish, too,

I had a dwarf I lost to dropsy, that was why I asked about the swelling.

I really don't see anything I would get worried over in the photo. If the fish continues not eating or worsens then you might want to add some medicine - It probably wouldn't hurt to add some stress coat - but that is all I would do.
I'll second Robbie's opinion on this.
