I have been reading up a bit about some ground cover plants that can do well in moderate to low light situations to fill in some of the patches of the tank that have been bare forever and I am thinking that two likely candidates are: Elatine triandra and Staurogyne sp. Porto Velho; also known as: Hygrophila sp. Porto Velho, Staurogyne sp. Roraima, or Hygrophila sp. Roraima. Unfortunately the only company that I could find which sells them is located in Singapore(www.aquaspotworld.com) and wants $50 to fill out three forms to verify that the starters are disease free. In light of this, and the fact that customs are notoriously slow (2-4 weeks time in my experience), I am looking for some that might already be in the US. Anyone know of someone who might be willing to sell some starters?
