If you mean to the tank in your signature - sure - I'd get 3

Make sure you do weekly water changes - I do 50%

Use a filter rated for a 20-30 gallon tank

These will ensure that your tank stays nice and clean and your fish stan nice and happy

yeah. you can add ottos safely to that list. they're very good algae eaters as well.

I have 2 otto's in with my neons, they are an awesome match for each other. I'm sure you will enjoy having them :)

Ottos are quiet quick and playful aslo...when they aren't sucking on things. A wonderful add for any tank IMO

I just moved my Otos to my newly cycled 20g long tank. They are loving it! They already found a yummy algae covered piece of driftwood to chew on. Check it out
