Well, i went to the LFS today, and heres what i came out with.
I did alot of studying on how to sex green severums, and i remembered all of the criteria. I went, and there were a couple that looked like they could be females, but there was one greeny in the gold severum tank that just screamed female. So i got her. (Ive named her lee, so i have Bruce and Lee, my dedication to the best martial artist of all time). After her acclimation, i realesed her into the aquarium. She immediatly swam to the back of the aquarium and was staring at the background. Bruce swam up and stared at her for a few minutes, neither of them moving, and then she started to swim around him, like she is checking him out. Now they are both just chilling out. He is patroling his favorite rockstack, and she is checking out all of the new places. She went to his rockstack, and i was afraid he might chase her away, but he didnt mind at all. It looks like i could possibly have a breeding pair!
Now, i cant go to my Fins & Feathers without "rescuing" a mushroom from the frag tank. I looked over, and they had this mushroom that was almost the diameter of a coke can! Then there was a smaller one that was about the size of a quarter. I had them bagged. They propegate their own corals from the show tank that one of the ladies that works their owns, keeps at the store, and sells to the store. I went to check out, and the lady that owns the tank noticed ive bought several corals from their frag tank. She asked me about my setup, so i told her, and she told me i could just have the two shrooms. This is one of the mest trips to the LFS EVER!
