Anacharis growing like crazy

My anacharis is growing like crazy but I dont know how much to cut off! I have a 75 gallo tank and practically all stems have reached the top of the water, with some turning down and growing in circles....I like that its growing great, but need to prune (no sheers still), but not sure how much to trim and/or where as it seems like they have roots growing out of the middle of the stems....

Just regular scissors will work. You can cut them anywhere you like and replant the ends

You could pretty much just trim it wherever you'd like. Stem plants are great like that. Just take whatever you trim and stick it into the substrate. Nice and simple :)
